The Eastrail Regional Advisory Council (RAC) is made up of leaders from the government and utilities entities involved in the corridor:
City of Renton, City of Bellevue, City of Kirkland, City of Redmond, City of Woodinville, King County, Snohomish County, Sound Transit, and Puget Sound Energy.
These entities work together through the RAC to maintain a collaborative, regional planning process for Eastrail with the shared goal of achieving connectivity and multiple uses throughout the corridor, maximizing public benefit and enjoyment of the Eastrail.
Eastrail Partners works directly with councilmembers and staff to advance the shared vision for Eastrail.

Other nonprofit support include a coalition of nonprofit organizations partnering to advocate for the Eastrail to become an end-to-end multi-use trail and linear park: Cascade Bicycle Club, Forterra, Future Wise, Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust, Move Redmond, Transportation Choices, the Trust for Public Land, and Washington Trails Association.
Eastrail is a major north-south spine of the Leafline Regional Trail Network.
