Join King County Parks as they open the brand new bridge crossing NE 8th in Bellevue, as well as the continuation of the trail as far as NE 4th. This trail opening will also unveil the community-led Japanese American Heritage Display.
Program will begin at the North end of the bridge, near Wilburton station, at noon. Once the bridge is open, attendees can walk out onto the bridge, and continue south to NE 4th where our friends at REI will have some programming and swag to share.
Eastrail Partners will be leading a bike ride from Totem Lake to the opening party. We’ll meet at Totem Lake at 10am, or Chainline Station at 11am to make it to the bridge by 11:45am. Email [email protected] to RSVP for the ride. All ages and abilities are welcome!
