I acknowledge that I wish to voluntarily participate in a Move Redmond event. These events may include, but are not limited to, group walks, bike rides, transit trips, educational talks, or other transportation-related activities.

I understand that participation in these activities involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to: collisions with vehicles or other participants, falls, equipment failure, uneven or hazardous surfaces, and weather-related hazards. These risks could result in injury, illness, or death. I freely and knowingly assume all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

Photo Release
I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the event. I grant permission to Move Redmond to use my likeness, name, voice, and image in any photographs, videos, or other recordings for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Release and Indemnification
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY Move Redmond, its employees, volunteers, board members, contractors, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in any Move Redmond event or activity. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of negligence, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

I hereby state that I wish to participate in the events offered by Eastrail Partners, a non-profit corporation. I understand that there are certain risks with physical activity on an outdoor trail, including personal injury or death.

I understand that at this event, I MAY BE PHOTOGRAPHED. I agree to allow my photo to be used for any legitimate purpose by Eastrail Partners. In consideration of the right to participate in activities offered by Eastrail Partners, I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Eastrail Partners, and its board, volunteers, and staff from any and all liability, claims and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation, or the participation of any minor that I am signing on behalf of, in any activities offered by Eastrail Partners.

I personally assume all risks in connection with these activities. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Eastrail Partners and its board, volunteers, and staff from all liability, claims and causes of action which the minor may have arising from the minor’s participation in activities. The terms of this agreement shall serve as a release and indemnity agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and for all members of my family, including any minors. (Parents or legal guardians must sign for all persons under eighteen (18) years of age.) I have read this release and indemnity agreement and have fully informed myself of its contents
