Every month, your gift goes to work – on the ground and in legislative processes – so the Eastrail keeps moving forward.  

  • You open the trail to everyone. Your support funds community events directly on the Eastrail, bringing neighbors together and making the trail a living part of the communities it runs through — especially those who have historically had the least access to green space. 
  • You fight for public funding. Trail construction doesn’t happen without political will. Your gift backs the advocacy work that secures levies, budget allocations, and federal, state, and local dollars — so shovels keep hitting the ground.  
  • You help unlock unique investment. Philanthropy alone won’t build 42 miles. Your membership strengthens our work with corporate partners, helping attract private-sector investment that accelerates construction.  
  • You build the coalition that makes it all possible. Behind every new trail segment is a network of advocates, partners, and community voices. our monthly gift keeps that network strong, connected, and ready to act.. 

What Happens After You Join

Right away: You’ll receive a welcome email confirming your membership and sharing exactly what your first gift is going toward. 

Within 2–3 weeks: Your self-selected member gift will arrive in the mail, along with a personal note from our team. 

Every month: You’ll receive a brief impact update so you can see the work your membership is sustaining — from events on the trail to funding wins to new miles opened. 

Once a year: As a Milepost Member, you’ll receive a personalized annual impact summary showing what your cumulative giving helped accomplish — and a first look at what’s coming next on the trail. 

You can pause, adjust, or cancel your membership at any time. No hassle, no questions.
